How do I apply for a free consultation?

Please contact us first by inquiry form or phone. Our center will send you an e-mail.

What can I ask for in a free consultation?

There are no restrictions on the content of your consultation as long as it is related to a visa to stay in Japan. However, details on specific procedures and required documents will be provided after application. A simple requirement check and advice on the visa you wish to apply for is common.
Free consultations are generally limited to a maximum of one hour.

When and what days and times are free consultations available?

We are available any day of the week, including weekends and holidays. However, depending on the situation, we may not be able to meet your request. The hours are basically from 9:00 to 18:00, but can be as late as 20:00 in some cases.
Free consultations are by appointment only.
Please let us know your preference when you apply via the "Contact Us" form. It is easier for us to respond smoothly if you give us three specific candidates of date and time.

How do I apply to make a formal request after a free consultation?

After the free consultation, we will consider your request as a formal request when you express your intention to apply for the service through the inquiry form or e-mail.

Upon receipt of your request, we will send you a confirmation email containing the content of your application, a fee estimate, and the bank account to which you should transfer the initiation fee.

The application is completed upon receipt of the initiation fee.

How do I cancel after my formal request?

Cancellations will be accepted by indicating your intention to cancel by e-mail or other means.
Please note, however, that the initiation fee and other fees already paid will not be refunded.

In case of cancellation after the visa application is completed, all of the remaining fee will be charged as a general rule.
(Depending on the reason for cancellation, we will be open to consider.)

Is English support available?

Yes. We can communicate and provide services in English.

We have people with U.S. graduate degrees and experience in foreign business, so we have no problem with business English communication. However, please note that there are no native English speakers.

Is Chinese support available?

We do not have a Chinese-speaking person in charge, but we use translation software, etc., so communication via e-mail is possible.

Support for obtaining a business visa can be completed through e-mail, and can basically be provided in Chinese.
However, if you wish to consult orally in Chinese, we regret that we are unable to accommodate your request. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.

If my business visa application is not approved, what follow-up action will you take?

The notice of denial to the visa application will state the specific reasons for the denial, generally. We provides support for reapplication, from analyzing the reasons for denial to preparing the necessary documents and proposing improvements.

Depending on the situation, applying under a different visa category may be a viable solution. We will advise you on the most suitable visa application method for your specific circumstances.
