There are no restrictions on the content of your consultation as long as it is related to visas to stay in Japan. However, details on specific procedures and required documents will be provided after the formal request.
Generally, our first consultation is a simple requirements check and advice regarding the visa you wish to apply for.
Free consultations are basically limited to a maximum of one hour.

When and on what days and at what times are free consultations available?

Any day of the week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, is negotiable. Hours are generally from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, but can be as late as 8:00 pm.
Free consultation is by appointment only.
